Programs
After-School Tutoring
Four days a week students from the neighborhood receive individual tutoring by high school students and other dedicated volunteers.
Tutoring is also available on an individual drop-in basis.
After school (during the academic year) from 2:30 – 5:30
English as a Second Language
Adult students attend a two-hour class twice a week. We hold seven-week trimesters during the academic year. Students are instructed by professional educators, most of whom volunteer their time.
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm
Prayer Group
This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.
10:15 – 11:30 A.M.
Sewing Class
Five donated sewing machines are used to teach adolescents and adults as need and interest arise.

Art Class
One day a week children in grades 2-6 come together to learn and share creatively with a teacher from the Worcester Art Museum.
Wednesdays 3:30-5:00pm
Yoga for Women
One day a week women come together to relax and exercise by learning peace and relaxation techniques via yoga. The instructor is a certified yoga teacher.
Mondays 10:30-11:30am
Teen Talk
This new program is to help develop leadership among our neighborhood teens. We hope these teens learn to treat each other with respect and in the process become good citizens in the Lincoln Street area.
Music with Dr. Ronny
One day a week, kids learn how to play the drums with Dr. Ronny. Dr. Ronald Sherwin is the Director of Music and Performing Arts at Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA.
Mondays 4:00 – 5:00pm
Police/Clergy Mentoring Program
This program is a collaboration between communities of faith and the Worcester Police Department. A weekly presence allows children to have positive interactions with a police officer.
Computer Lab
Our goal is to enhance the computer skills of those in the area. The lab is open to all ages and provides homework help and language-learning studies. Donated computers are made available to families.
